Manatal Coop recognizes the sensitivity, value, and importance of individual members' privacy. Protection of privacy is given utmost importance and should never be compromised.

This policy sets the cooperative's direction for protecting member privacy and personal information.

This policy covers all officers and employees who access or handle members' personal information and other privileged information.

Members' privacy shall be protected within the bounds of law.

Management staff are responsible for implementation. The Board reviews the policy periodically, while the Audit Committee ensures compliance and maintains safeguards and controls.

Personal information must be handled only for legitimate cooperative purposes and protected through appropriate administrative and operational controls.
