How to Request an Online Transfer
Online Transfer
- Go to My Account and tap "Online Transfer" (or via Products).
- Select your savings account (balance shown).
- Enter the amount to transfer.
- Select transfer method: Bank or E-Wallet, then choose the specific bank or e-wallet provider.
- Enter the target account number and account name.
- Enter your contact number.
- Upload a selfie with your ID and a withdrawal slip (required attachments).
- Read and accept the online transfer disclaimer.
- Optionally add a message.
- Tap Submit.
Bank transfers may take time depending on the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.
