How to Request an Online Transfer

Online Transfer

1. Go to My Account and tap "Online Transfer" (or via Products).
2. Select your savings account (balance shown).
3. Enter the amount to transfer.
4. Select transfer method: Bank or E-Wallet, then choose the specific bank or e-wallet provider.
5. Enter the target account number and account name.
6. Enter your contact number.
7. Upload a selfie with your ID and a withdrawal slip (required attachments).
8. Read and accept the online transfer disclaimer.
9. Optionally add a message.
10. Tap Submit.

Bank transfers may take time depending on the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.
