How to Request a Cash Withdrawal

Cash Withdrawal

1. Go to My Account and tap "Cash Withdrawal" (or via Products).
2. Select your savings account (balance shown).
3. Enter the amount (cannot exceed your balance).
4. Choose pickup type: Cash or Cheque.
5. Select your pickup date.
6. If someone else will pick up: enter the authorized representative's name and attach an authorization letter.
7. Enter your contact number.
8. Optionally attach a file or add a message.
9. Tap Submit.

Track your request status in Request/Order History on the My Account screen.
