How to Place a Store Order

Store Orders

Order from the cooperative's store (hardware, agricultural supplies, insurance).

1. Go to Products and tap "Coop Store Orders".
2. Select the categories you want to order from:
   • Hardware Materials
   • Agricultural Products
   • Insurance
3. Select your branch office.
4. For each selected category, describe the items you need in the text box provided. For Insurance, select the specific types from the checkboxes.
5. Choose a payment method: "Cash on Delivery" or "Charge to Account".
6. Enter your contact number.
7. Optionally attach a photo of your order list.
8. Optionally add a message.
9. Tap Submit.

Track your order status in Request/Order History on the My Account screen.
